Monica Dwight is a previous contributor to the ADEC ESG blog. Monica joined FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS) as an Environmental Services Intern in June 2018. At FCS, she contributed to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents, wrote blog posts, and produced a white paper on climate adaptation.<br><br>
She graduated from the University of California, Davis with a double major in Spanish and Political Science- Public Service with an emphasis in environmental policy. During her time in college, she illustrated her dedication to environmental causes as an Environmental Education Instructor for Sprout Up, a Water Program Intern at the Local Government Commission, and Director of the Whole Earth Festival.
